As a member of FINcontrol Suisse AG, Lotos Asset Management AG is subject to the rules of conduct recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). These rules of conduct are part of the asset management contract between Lotos Asset Management AG and the client.

Ombudsman
Lotos Asset Management AG has been affiliated with the Ombudsman's Office for Financial Service Providers (OFD) Association, which is recognized by the Federal Department of Finance in accordance with Art. 74 et seq. FinSA. Disputes about legal claims between our clients and Lotos Asset Management AG can be settled by a neutral ombudsman as part of a mediation process. The ombudsman of the ombuds office for financial service providers can provide competent and cost-effective information and acts as an independent mediator in the event of disputes.
